How to become a moderator

These qualities are wanted for the moderators of these forums:

1. Familiarity with the common rules and how the forums are used.
   
2. Generally a patient person easy to get along with, yet decisive when called for.
   
3. Ability to debate civilly.
   
4. Won't intentionally spread misinformation.
   
5. Moderately good knowledge about at least one of the forum subjects about Elves or Fairies.
   
6. Trustworthy team player.
   

Naturally, finding these qualities out would need some time of observing the person, and posting activity from them.

If you think that you might have got what it takes then apply as a moderator. You might also be offered the position if you seem good enough.

Moderators also have a private forum of their own.

If you think that a moderator is misbehaving then also message me privately, preferably with proof.
