Our Discord server – FAQ

E.l.m. Branches also has a Discord server, meaning that we can also meet, discuss and roleplay in our chat there. The app works both on desktop computer and a smartphone. You may use either the forums, chat or both, whichever fits you the best.

How to enter the server:

1. Install the Discord app if you haven't and verify your e-mail.
   
2. Open the app.
   
3. Accept our server invite.
   
4. Agree to the rules (same as here). The server is protected against spam and phishing by a bot. Posting known fraudulent links causes an instant ban.
   
5. Choose a server role in #rules-and-roles channel to see the channels of your interest.
   

Discord articles on how to:

• Change your display name (for roleplay etc.) on our server.
  
• Create a thread, just like in the forums (required for roleplay). Discord threads can be either private or public. If a thread is archived, simply type in it to reactivate it.
